Probably the pre-eminent 1/6th scale forum on the planet.  You'll find a ton of threads relating to just about everything connected to 1/6th scale.

Woodenface
Makers of high quality 1/6th scale timber furniture.  Their items can be purchased through third-party retailers and on eBay.

Leslie Klinger's 'The New Annotated Sherlock Holmes'
A three-volume work, annotating the 56 Sherlock Holmes short stories and 4 novels.  I read each volume from cover-to-cover whilst working on the diorama.  Leslie Klinger's annotations were crucial in deciding what I placed within the sitting- room.  Highly recommended.  All three volumes can be purchased through many on-line retailers including (but not limited to) Amazon, eBay and Abebooks.  Those with sharp eyes might find these three volumes within the diorama...

The Mini Tonga Society
A scion society of the Baker Street Irregulars, specialising in Sherlock Holmes miniature creations.  The society is currently in hiatus, but images can still be accessed via the website.

The Undershaw Preservation Trust
A trust set up to save 'Undershaw' - the one-time residence of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.  Although run-down, the house is under threat of redevelopment.  The trust is seeking to have the house restored, with the intention of opening a museum honouring its former resident.  Doyle wrote 'The Hound of the Baskervilles' whilst living there and also hosted guests such as Bram Stoker.  The trust website provides information on how you can support their efforts.

Nancy Garces-Saroli - 1/12th scale 221B Baker Street
The above link provides photos of a wonderful 1/12th scale interpretation of 221B Baker Street by Nancy Garces-Saroli.  Bear in mind that Nancy completed her diorama before the advent of the internet.  Her display is based on the full-size reconstruction of 221B Baker Street at the Sherlock Holmes Museum in Lucens.

The Baker Street Journal (BSJ)
Published quarterly by the Baker Street Irregulars.  I started subscribing to the BSJ whilst working on my project.  Highly recommended if you are keen on all things Sherlockian.

The Sherlock Holmes Journal (SHJ)
Published twice yearly by the Sherlock Holmes Society of London.  I joined this society whilst working on my project, as well as subscribing to the SHJ.  Again, highly recommended if you're a fan of Mr Holmes.

This is the website I used to create this site.  Quite easy to use - once you get the hang of it.  In addition to a free component, it also provides the option of purchasing your own domain name.
